" Green Eggs and Ham"
Ingredience:
eggs- 6 eggs
ham slices-6
shredded cheddar cheese-optional
one cupcake pan
spray pan coating
foil cupcake liners-6
- Place cupcake liners into cupcake pan
- preheat oven to 350 degrees
- place slice of ham-use a lg. biscuit cutter to get circle piece of ham
- crack egg into cupcake liner that ham is in
- bake at 350 degrees until egg is set (sunny side up)
- after you take out of oven place on breakfast plate (place hash browns first then top with egg cups
- can spoon holindase sauce over or around
- cook some hash browns shaped in little nests
- place egg cups-less the cupcake foil liners on breakfast plates,on top of hash browns
- garnish with cherry tomatoes on the side of plate or a slice of cantalope

Photography by Me
Cameron in the Pumpkin patch for a kindergarden class trip,when he got home,he told Nana all about it. I wrote a children's story for him with his experiences, so that he would always remember it. Note: Cameron and Dad in the Pumpkin Patch. I changed the coloring of new words for him to learn, hope you enjoy also.
